Shirtless Jesse Metcalfe… handcuffed…. Nice! You may recognize him from his role as Jonathan “John” Rowland on the show Desperate Housewives. I am anticipating the new TV series, Chase, that Metcalfe will be in starting up September 20, 2010. He will be playing the role of Luke Watson.
