I’m not sure where this shirtless picture of Kevin McKidd comes from, but boy has he been working out. Hard to tell its actually the same actor. Anyway, I’m looking forward to catching Kevin on the season finale of Grey’s Anatomy tonight!
Jesse Williams, the hot new actor on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy, is getting his 3rd career started. At 28, he’s already been a model (for Kenneth Cole) and a high school teacher in Pennsylvania. In addition to his role as Dr. Jackson Avery on Grey’s, he’ll be in the new Joss Whedon horror flick A Cabin in the Woods.
Rob Lowe, known better these days as Robert McAllister on ABC’s Brothers and Sisters, has reportedly asked to be let out of his contract by the network due to lack of significant story lines. Lowe doesn’t appear to know a good thing when he sees it; a few years ago he was offered the role of Derek McDreamy Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy but turned it down for a pilot that never got picked up. The role obviously went to Patrick Dempsey.
Eric Dane is capitalizing on his hot body and celebrity around his famous naked tape. On and off the set of Grey’s Anatomy, he can’t seem to keep a shirt on. Not that we’re complaining….
Interestingly, Eric Dane’s character Dr Mark “McSteamy” Sloan on Grey’s Anatomy spends a lot of time on screen naked in the shower. When Kevin McKidd first joined the cast of Grey’s Anatomy, I wondered how he could possibly compete with the good-looks of Eric Dane and Patrick Dempsy. I didn’t get the answer until McKidd’s first shirtless scene. Dempsey and Dane might have more classic good looks, but Kevin McKidd is the definite winner in the ripped body department. Now if we could just get Grey’s Anatomy producers to let him show it off a little more.
Shirtless Justin Chambers, a former fashion model, plays Dr. Alex Karev on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy. He got his start on soap Another World, had a brief stint when Cold Case premiered on CBS, and has appeared in a few movie roles as well.
Irish-American Patrick Dempsey first made a splash in various teen-flicks in the 80s and 90s such as Can’t Buy Me Love, Loverboy and Happy Together, before maturing into the McDreamy role of Dr. Derek Shepherd on ABC’s hit show Grey’s Anatomy. Patrick Dempsey looks great shirtless.
