Carmine Giovinazzo comes from a family of police officers. While he didn’t exactly join up in the family business, Givonazzo now plays a cop/scientist on TV. He plays Detective Danny Messer on CSI NY and has appeared in all three CSI franchises.
I can’t say I’ve ever heard of Eli Wilhide, but last year he played the role of a sexy and shirtless Hunky Santa at the Beverly Center in LA. Wilhide has appeared, according to his bio, in CSI: Miami. Merry Christmas!
Cristian de la Fuente is more than just a pretty face. He has a degree in civil engineering and was pursuing a career when a talent scout saw his hot body and latin good looks and scooped him up. Soon he was modeling and starring in soaps before making the crossover to American TV. He’s had roles in The Class and CSI: Miami as well as guest spots on Brothers and Sisters and Ugly Betty before landing his current gig as Mary Shannon’s boyfriend Raphael in USA’s In Plain Sight.
Shirtless Eddie Cibrian made his CSI: Miami debut this month as Jesse Cardoza and damn, wouldn’t you know it, he had to take his shirt off to stop a helpless victim’s bleeding. CSI knows how to keep the viewers tuned in and it isn’t all about forensic science. Meanwhile, Cibrian is embroiled in divorce/affair drama as he left his wife and began openly dating Leann Rimes. Stay Tuned.
George Eads plays Nick Stokes on the phenomenally successful CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, but almost lost his job. In 2004, he and co-star Jorja Fox allegedly skipped work in an effort to get more money for their roles, and was promptly fired. Eads issued an apology, said he’d simply overslept and wasn’t angling for more cash, and was rehired. Thank God.
