Kenny Johnson is going to be playing the role of Matt Webb in the new TV show Prime Suspect. The show is premiering September 22, 2011. It has some other great actors including Aidan Quinn and Kirk Acevedo.
Former General Hospital soap stud Ryan Carnes has yet to find a permanent home on TV, but he’s making the rounds. You’ll find him in episodes of Desperate Housewives, CSI Miami, Saving Grace and The Closer. He’s best known for his role in the raunchy flick Eating Out where he got totally naked on screen for the sake of his art.
Bailey Chase currently plays Butch Ada on TNT’s Saving Grace, but that series will come to an end this summer. Bailey shouldn’t have trouble finding a new home, though. He’s guest-starred on a slew of hit TV shows in the past couple of years including Law & Order: SVU, CSI, Ugly Betty, Castle and Cold Case.
Kenneth “Kenny” Johnson plays the often-flawed Detective Ham Dewey on TNT’s Saving Grace. Originally, he auditioned for the role of Earl, Grace’s guardian angel. Previously he played Detective Curtis Lemansky on The Shield, but originally read for the role of Terry Crowley. He didn’t get that role, but creator Shawn Ryan was so impressed with Johnson that he created the role of Lemansky just for Kenny to play. He also played Joseph, Lily Rush’s love interest, on Cold Case for a few episodes.
